HCC significant gene
Significantly up- or down- regulated in at least three independent HCC microarray/proteomic reports.
At least 2 folds expression change in more than 70% patients in reprocessed Stanford HCC microarray data.
36 percent with 2 folds change ( 18 up and 0 down in 50 paired-arrays )
With wet-lab experimental data from previous reports.

Experimental Validation

The semi-quantitative RT-PCR results performed by OncoDB.HCC in 45 HCC pairs are presented in gel images (left), in quantified expression profiles after normalization with ]-actin expression as an internal control (right).
